The following have been indicted for fraud

Named as defendants are Scott Banks, 46, of Wellsville; Karen Banks, 45, Wellsville; Dan Wakefield, 70, a U.S. citizen living in Apia, Samoa; Tagaloa Ieti, 44, Samoa; Julie Tuiletufuga, age unknown, Samoa; Coleen Bartlett, 40, Evanston, Wyo.; Karalee Thornock, 34, Tooele; and FOC.

The purpose of this web site is to inform the public about my personal problems with Focus on Children. Many have dealt with Focus on Children and are in limbo or just walked away from a bad situation. My reasons are more than $8,000 reasons! Probably close to $ 10,000. 

Time has come to close down this website. I hope that I have been a help to many who saved themselves from being ripped off. I'm tired and I don't think these people will be running any adoption agencies anytime soon. If they do, I will be back.
